Obverse: Bald head of King Vittorio Emanuele III facing left. Reverse: Female allegorical figure symbolizing Italy, holding in her outstretched right hand a statue of Victory and in her left a fasce. The figure is seated on a chariot drawn by four horses walking slowly, to the right. To the left, the year, also from the fascist era. In the exergue, the shield of Savoy adorned with fasces on both sides divides the value.
